Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Also included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
